Patient Portal
The Foot & Ankle Specialists of South Jersey are happy to offer a patient portal, which allows existing patients to request an appointment, request prescription refills and obtain answers to billing and health questions.
If you would like to register for the patient portal, let our front desk know at your next visit; we will ask a few basic questions and for your e-mail address. Already-established patients may enter the portal at www.chartmakerpatientportal.com.
Insurance & Health Plans
We accept most insurance plans and Medicare. If you have a question regarding your specific plan, our staff will gladly check your benefits of coverage. Prices for medical pedicures, foot massage and cosmetic nail services are listed on our Foot & Ankle Care page.
Payments
For ease of payment, we accept cash, personal check, money order, American Express, Discover®, Mastercard® and Visa®.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Completed registration forms, your insurance card and a photo ID
- A list of your current medications and allergies
- Any relevant X-rays, MRIs, CT scans and reports, especially for a surgical consultation or second opinion
- The shoes you wear most often, and any orthotics or braces you currently use

Products & Compounding Medication
Our offices carry antifungal foam for athlete's foot and ringworm, a shoe product that inhibits odor-causing bacteria and fungus, a topical nail solution for toenail fungus and a doctor-formulated cosmetic nail polish line.
Our physicians can also prescribe compounded topical medications, personalized formulations for inflammation, arthritic pain, neuropathic pain and scars, as well as a prescription-grade wellness supplement. These formulations are covered by many insurance plans and are shipped directly to your home, often within three to five days. See the full details under products and compounding medication.
