Frank J. Tursi, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.
Dr. Tursi graduated from Temple University Medical School/ Pennsylvania College Of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Atlanta Hospital and Regional Diabetes Center in Atlanta, Georgia. He has extensive experience in complex foot and ankle deformities, vascular disease of the lower extremities and the management of Diabetic wounds. He is Board Certified and is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Tursi is the Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and is part of the podiatric staff at Virtua. He has served as foot and ankle consultant to the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Phantoms for over 15 years. Dr. Tursi is also a nationally acclaimed speaker on peripheral arterial disease (PAD) diagnosis and treatment, and he has delivered over 70 lectures throughout the country. He is the chief podiatric consultant for Spectranetics Corporation, AngioScore, Navix Diagnostix Inc., Fresenius Vascular Care, Advanced Vascular Resources and Alliqua Biomedical.

Joseph V. Donnelly, III, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.
Dr. Donnelly graduated from Temple University Medical School/ Pennsylvania College Of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his surgical residency in Reconstructive and Traumatologic Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Presbyterian Medical Center, Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine; this was a distinctive residency that included extensive training in general, plastic and vascular surgery. Dr. Donnelly has completed exchange fellowships in Sweden and Turkey and is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is on the attending staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ, where he was the Director of the former Wound Care Program (The Center for Advanced Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine). He is also part of the podiatric staff at Virtua Health System. Dr. Donnelly is an Assistant Clinical Professor in charge of the Podiatric Residency Program at the Presbyterian Hospital/ University of Pennsylvania New Jersey Division.

Mandi F. Stranix, D.P.M.
Dr. Stranix graduated from Temple University Medical School, School of Podiatric Medicine, with the highest honor, being valedictorian of her class. She completed her surgical residency in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Stranix is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery and The American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is on staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, where she performs wound management at the wound care center, treats in-house patients and performs complex reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She is also a member of the podiatric staff at Virtua Hospital and provides on-site care for patients at numerous short term/ sub-acute, long term and senior care facilities. Dr. Stranix's clinical interests include limb salvage, wound care/ management, Diabetic foot and ulcer treatment, as well as fracture care.

Lisa E. Dreyfuss, D.P.M.
Dr. Dreyfuss graduated from Temple University Medical School/ Pennsylvania College Of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her two year surgical residency at The Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania and is Board Certified in foot surgery by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Dreyfuss is on staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, where she provides lower extremity treatment at the wound care center as well as with in-house patients. Dr. Dreyfuss also manages the podiatric healthcare of patients in numerous rehabilitation centers and senior care facilities by delivering care directly through on-site visits. Her special interests include orthopedic related conditions, biomechanical foot assessment and orthotic management, as well as wound care.

Kevin S. Lyons, D.P.M.
Dr. Lyons graduated from Temple University Medical School, School of Podiatric Medicine. He was selected for the Mount Sinai Medical Center, NY internship with rotations through many specialties and disciplines, beginning with the medical center’s wound healing center and research facility. Dr. Lyons was actively recruited for and completed the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center's intense, 4 year surgical residency program. This allowed for mastery of lower extremities in traumatology and reconstructive surgery of both acute and chronic pathologies. He received further training at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in plastic surgery. Dr. Lyons has practiced for the past 10 years with Burlington County Foot & Ankle Associates and more recently with Cumberland County Orthopedics, a multidiscipline orthopedic practice, as their foot and ankle surgeon. He is currently a senior surgical associate at the Foot & Ankle Specialists of South Jersey. Dr. Lyons has maintained a surgical teaching appointment at various residency programs including the Aria Health hospital system in Philadelphia, Inspira Health Medical Center in South Jersey, and Virtua Medical Center. Dr. Lyons has staffing privileges with the Our Lady of Lourdes Health System, where he provides complete patient care. His particular interests are inclusive, and not limited to: dermatological; Diabetic risk assessment and management; traumatic; long term orthopedic deformity; and treating pedal pathologies both conservatively and surgically.

Florence D. Tursi, D.P.M. (Happily retired from our offices!)
Dr. Florence Tursi graduated from Temple University Medical School/ Pennsylvania College Of Podiatric Medicine, with the honor of the Marjorie C. Sitcoff Award for academic excellence. She completed her residency at James C. Giuffre Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in Podiatric Medicine and Foot Surgery. Dr. Tursi is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is on the attending staff at Virtua Memorial Hospital. Dr. Tursi has served on the Board of Directors of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine as a faculty examiner for candidates taking the Board Certification Examination, and also as a member of the committee for written and oral test development for the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Tursi's clinical interests include conservative, noninvasive, Diabetic foot care and preventative medicine.
